Not everyone is a gardener, but we can all benefit from a bit of good advice from time to time. This can save you a lot of expense and also put you on the right path to achieving a practical and enjoyable garden space. So whether you are a beginner or a veteran at gardening, we could sit down and have a cuppa to discuss your ideal garden plans.

Garden Consultation
£75
This is a popular, affordable and straightforward first step towards your new garden or horticultural design.
A two-hour visit gives me the chance to have an initial look around your garden and discuss your needs, likes and themes. We will talk about your available budget and work out a plan forward. This includes a follow-up email or a rough sketch suggesting types of plants and a theme for your garden.

Garden Design Service
Priced per project, based on per square metre.
This comprehensive garden design service includes a two-hour consultation, followed by a detailed scaled drawing, with a planting plan overlay showing exactly which plants are suggested for each part of your garden.
This degree of detail gives you a clearer picture of what lies ahead for your garden design, and includes estimated costs of the plants, compost and mulch, and my labour to do the planting and bring your garden to life.
The scaled drawing can also be used to get quotes from professional landscaping teams for any construction elements included, which I can project manage if desired.

Planting Plan Service
Priced per project, based on per square metre.
If you already have a well-designed garden, but you would like one-off or ongoing help with the planting, I offer a planting plan service. You might have ‘problem areas’ where nothing will grow, plants and shrubs in the wrong places, overgrown areas, or just tired borders that need a refresh with some new planting to add colour, height, and so on.
Depending on your likes and dislikes plus the location, soil type and aspect of your garden, I will work out a planting scheme to suit your preferred theme, which could be cottage garden, contemporary, formal or informal, or even a planting scheme for a commercial site. This includes a supply and plant service priced per metre square.
