Rewilding Garden Management in East Harptree, Chew Valley

This forest garden in East Harptree was rewilded, and I was contracted for its ongoing management.

For many years I have had the pleasure to look after this forest/ rewilding garden with Sally & Mick. Where everything is designed for nature and nature designs itself around us.

It’s about the edibles, the medicinals and the incredible insects and wildlife it attracts. These types of gardens take a long time to create because we are working with nature and not fighting against it, with no control and certainly no human made chemicals.

'All is fair at natures table'.

We asked Mark to join us on our rewilding journey because we needed someone who had a sensitivity for nature, not just a garden. Mark brings joy as well as artistry to the place we love so well. He is knowledgeable and hard working but that’s not unique. No, what is unique about Mark is his passion and the way the garden responds to him. The garden is alive and beautiful, and we are grateful to Mark for his contribution to that
