Garden Consultation in North Somerset

Garden Consultation in North Somerset

Many of us inherit gardens that have seen better days when we move to a new home. This was certainly the case for one of my recent clients in North Somerset, who had tackled the initial task of clearing overgrown areas but felt overwhelmed by the next steps.

This project perfectly highlights the power of garden design consultations. After two years of battling brambles and mountains of waste, the client felt lost and unsure how to proceed. Through our consultation, we explored the existing space, discussed their vision for a wildlife-friendly haven with room for vegetables, fruit, and family fun.

The key takeaway here is that my design solutions go beyond aesthetics. I listen carefully and understand what will truly work for your specific garden and lifestyle. This collaborative approach resulted in a plan that addressed their needs and reignited their passion for creating a beautiful and functional outdoor space. If you're facing a similar situation, this consultation service can be the first step towards your dream garden.

Two years ago we moved into a house with a neglected and really overgrown garden. We worked hard cutting back thickets of brambles and other invasive plants, took mountains of green waste and plastic rubbish to the tip and then ran out of steam!

Fortunately a friend put us in touch with Mark Walker. Mark has come up with an excellent and achievable plan for our garden which has stopped us from feeling daunted and overwhelmed. He has helped us to see the garden with new eyes, coming up with creative solutions for difficult areas.

We aspire to garden for wildlife while still having room to grow some veg and fruit, for the grandchildren to play, and for us to have space to relax in. Mark’s design for our garden has allowed for all this! He really does listen and seeks to understand what will work in your setting. I recommend him to you whether your garden is large or small.
